Guernsey’s swimmers have claimed another Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal at the Orkney Island Games – and they’ve set a new Games record.

Last night saw the Sarnian Women’s 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay team win Gold.

Orla Rabey claimed Silver in the Women’s 400m Freestyle, with Delphine Reilly winning Bronze.

The Women’s 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay team of Molly Staples, Tatiana Tostevin, Chloe Bown, and Orla Rabey set a new Games record with their winning time of 3:48.73.

That beat the previous record set by Jersey at the 2013 Bermuda Games when Cumming, Scaife, Atherly, and Bashforth swam in 3:50.46.
