CBO won two awards at the first Guernsey’s Best Workplace Awards.

The business was named Overall Winner (small sized business) and was awarded the ‘Wellbeing’ Spotlight Award too.

CBO helps other businesses to thrive, helping them deliver successful projects and change.

The firm says it does this by focusing on the basics and getting them right.

Its range of services spans project and consultancy services, business analysis, change management, and risk and regulatory compliance.

A collaborative approach from CBO, working with their clients, ensures the whole team approach is valued.

“We’re a digital and business transformation consultancy based in the Channel Islands,” explained a spokesperson.

“Since 2011, we’ve built a team of experienced consultants who work alongside our clients to deliver complex change, from strategy through to implementation. We’re known for being practical, collaborative, and dependable, with a strong focus on high quality outcomes.

“At the heart of CBO is a people-first culture, grounded in quality and integrity, backing our people, building trusted relationships, and delivering work that is built to last.”

This is reflected in the high ratings CBO achieved in its employee engagement surveys where 93% of staff said their employer “celebrates achievements and milestones”.

Everyone who works at CBO said they are proud to do so, with more than 90% saying the company’s values match their own.

100% of the staff also agreed that CBO “genuinely cares” about employees and their work/life balance.
