Guernsey Chamber of Commerce has opened a brand new co-working space this week.
It brings together consultancy, design, furniture, acoustics and technology into one connected space, a spokesperson said.
Created in partnership with POS Interiors, the “balanced” office space is designed to support focus, privacy, meetings and collaboration, the spokesperson said.
POS said the starting point for the design was understanding that everyone “something slightly different from the room”, whether that’s “a coffee with a colleague, an hour at a desk between meetings, a client call or a working session around a screen”.
“We’ve planned and fitted out a mix of spaces that gives people a choice about where and how they work,” they added.
Sure by Beyon has provided full-fibre connectivity – ensuring users have fast, reliable connections for calls, video meetings and everyday work.
Chamber members get free access to the main space on a first-come, first-served basis.
Members can also sign up for monthly co-working membership, which allows them to reserve the bookable spaces up to three times a week.
Non-members can also pay-as-they-go, starting at £12 for a half-day.
