KPMG won the spotlight prize for inclusivity at the inaugural Guernsey’s Best Workplace Awards.

This highlights the nurturing environment KPMG strives to ensure for all its employees which has helped to shape the business.

KPMG in the Crown Dependencies is part of a global network of independent firms providing Audit, Tax, and Advisory services.

Based in the Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey, Advisory Partner Linda Johnson said “we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional quality of service to our clients and upholding the KPMG values”.

For KPMG, this means inclusivity is at the heart of all it does, Ms Johnson added.

“At KPMG, diversity and inclusion is part of who we are,” she said.

“Our team is a vibrant mix of talent from a range of over 40 nationalities, bringing together a wealth of perspectives and experiences. This diversity helps us think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions tailored to client needs.”

Just under 90% of staff working at KPMG in Guernsey highlighted their employer’s inclusive culture agreeing that “the behaviours of those at work consistently promote diversity and inclusion”.

Nearly 85% also said they believe colleagues “genuinely care” about each other’s work/life balance too.
