The financial service Cherry Godfrey has appointed a Head of Property Management.
Bill Tatnall brings extensive leadership and customer service experience to the role, alongside previous experience within Guernsey’s building and construction sector.
Having lived and worked in the island for many years, he has built a strong reputation for developing successful teams, building lasting relationships and delivering high standards of service.
Mr Tatnall said: “Joining Cherry Godfrey felt like a natural step for me. As a family-run local business, there is a genuine focus on people, relationships, honesty and doing the right thing, values that are very important to me.
“Property management is all about trust, communication and ensuring clients feel confident that their properties are in safe hands.
“There is a huge amount of potential to develop this part of the business and I’m excited to support our existing clients, grow the portfolio and play a part in what Cherry Godfrey Property is building for the future.”
His appointment comes at an important stage in the development of Cherry Godfrey Property, with significant potential to grow its large managed portfolio across both residential property and block management.
Mr Tatnall will play a key role in overseeing this growing portfolio, while further strengthening the professional, relationship-led service provided to clients.
