He will play a key role in overseeing the firm’s large managed portfolio across both residential property and block management, as well as supporting the increasing number of property projects undertaken for clients and helping to co-ordinate work across the team.
Mike Collins, group property director at Cherry Godfrey, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Bill to Cherry Godfrey Property.
“I know Bill well from our time working together previously and have seen first-hand the leadership, professionalism and genuine focus on people that he brings.”
Mr Collins continued: “Property management is a hugely important part of our plans for the business and Bill will be a real asset across all areas of our growing portfolio.
“That includes not only our residential rental properties, but our significant and growing block management client base, where we have built considerable experience and technical expertise.”
Mr Tatnall said that Joining Cherry Godfrey “felt like a natural step”.
“As a family-run local business, there is a genuine focus on people, relationships, honesty and doing the right thing, values that are very important to me,” he continued.
“I’ve always enjoyed working with people and building strong relationships, and property was an industry I was very keen to return to when the right opportunity came along.”
