Public relations and events agency, Black Vanilla has announced several promotions taking effect this Spring.
Chloe Chescoe; who has been with the agency for more than four years, has been promoted to Account Director and People Lead. Ms Chescoe has played a key role in client management and expanding Black Vanilla’s presence in the UK.
Alec Farrell, Molly Paul, and Lucie Stephenson have each been promoted to Account Executive roles in PR, digital, and events respectively.
Senior Account Manager, Katy Melhuish has also taken on the agency’s AI Lead role, extending her current responsibilities. The agency says Ms Melhuish will be responsible for ensuring the strategic and ethical use of AI.
Agency Director Nichole Culverwell, said: “I’ve been really impressed by the determination and skills development across the team. This has been a significant year for the agency.
“We’ve taken on new markets, welcomed new colleagues and responded to fast moving changes in how we work – especially around AI and service development. Everyone has stepped up with a great attitude, and these promotions are very well deserved. I couldn’t ask for more from my team.”
Chloe Chescoe, added: “The additional responsibilities taken on by both Katy and I reflect our growth but also how we are responding to today’s evolving workplace. Harnessing technologies like artificial intelligence is critical to our competitiveness, but equally important is our human capital, culture and the value we place on wellbeing.”
