Skipton International has strengthened its leadership team with two senior appointments.
Guernsey-based Tracey Wells has become Chief of Staff, while Jersey-based Candice Tabb joins the bank as Chief People Officer.
CEO Susan Fouquier said both women brought “considerable experience, strong judgement and a clear sense of purpose to their roles”.
She added: “Candice’s track record in building high-performing organisations and leading people strategy across international businesses will be invaluable as we continue to invest in our culture and our colleagues.
“Tracey has already made a significant contribution during her time with us, and her leadership will be instrumental as we deliver transformation that supports our long-term ambitions and strengthens how we serve our customers.”
Ms Wells joined the firm on an interim basis in December, making “a strong impression” since she started “through her thoughtful leadership, clear focus on delivery and deep understanding of the business”.
She said she had “seen first-hand the strength of the business, the quality of its people and the opportunities ahead”.
