Walkers has announced a “strong set of results” across its Channel Islands offices in the 2026 edition of the Chambers Global.
The firm said this reflects continued momentum and depth across both Guernsey and Jersey.
In Guernsey, Walkers secured a significant uplift with Dispute Resolution moving up to Band 1, while Corporate & Finance (including Investment Funds) consolidated its Band 2 position following last year’s progression. The firm’s Trusts practice also maintained its Band 2 ranking.
In Jersey, the firm achieved a Band 1 ranking for Corporate & Finance and Band 2 rankings for Investment Funds, Trusts, and Dispute Resolution.
25 lawyers were ranked across both islands, with 12 lawyers achieving improved rankings or being recognised for the first time across Corporate, Funds, Dispute Resolution and Trusts.
Fraser Hern (pictured top), Head of the Channel Islands at Walkers, congratulated them all.
“These results reflect the continued progress we are making across both Jersey and Guernsey, with real momentum in core practice areas and continued investment in our people. We recognise that it often takes a while for directory rankings to catch up with what is happening on the ground. We now have Band 1-quality teams across the board in the Channel Islands. I am delighted to see that this is starting to be reflected in both the team and individual rankings. We look forward to other teams in the business receiving similar recognition next year.”
