A charity that provides free, confidential and independent advice to islanders has secured “a highly-coveted achievement” after 100% of its employees and volunteers said it was a great place to work.
Citizens Advice Jersey earned the 2026 Great Place To Work Certification through real-time feedback from its team.
The globally-recognised certification sees more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries apply to get Great Place To Work-Certified each year.

Citizens Advice Jersey stated that it had continued to strengthen its workplace culture through ongoing investment in staff and volunteers’ development, training, and engagement initiatives.
Additionally, last year it introduced a monthly wellbeing challenge ensuring at
least one dedicated wellbeing-focused event takes place each month for staff and
volunteers.
Citizens Advice Jersey chief executive Claire Richards said the charity was “absolutely delighted” with the Great Place to Work Certification, “particularly with a 100% positive response from our team”.
“Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and this result reflects the culture of care, respect, and collaboration we strive to build every day,” she added.
