Ms Patel has more than ten years experience as a private client lawyer in London, and is fully STEP qualified.
Mr Swani spent six years as an onshore finance lawyer before joining Walkers, and has experience of advising on sustainable finance and ESG loans.
Ms Sequeira joins Walkers from another offshore firm, and has experience of disputes under Jersey and BVI law.
