The Lions Club of Guernsey is thrilled to announce the return of its much-loved Donkey Derby, set to take place on Saturday, 16th August 2025, at Saumarez Park.
This lively community event promises a day of entertainment, laughter, and charitable giving, bringing together families, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations for a fantastic cause.
The Donkey Derby has been run by the Lions Club of Guernsey for over 50 years and has become a staple of Guernsey’s summer calendar, featuring thrilling donkey races, food stalls, charity stands, and activities for all ages. Past events have drawn thousands of attendees and raised significant funds for Lions Club initiatives.
