Powerhouse (electrical retailer under the parent company Jersey Electricity plc) have announced that their shop will be closing its doors from tomorrow until further notice (27/03).
They are still taking online orders via their website www.powerhouse.je, with staff resources reallocated to ensure their online business can cope with the additional demand. They will still have staff on the end of the phones if anybody wishes to call them with a query or to place an order over the phone - 01534 505460 (option 2). They can also be contacted via Facebook messenger (facebook.com/powerhouse.je) or via email admin@powerhouse.je.
If customers have any queries relating to their electricity account they will need call 01534 505460 (option 1), or email jec@jec.co.uk.
Due to the rules around social distancing regrettably Powerhouse cannot continue with their usual installation and disposal services and will be offering a strict 'deliver only' contactless service. They are also offering a safe click & collect service.
