Aztec Group adds to private equity team with senior hire

The Aztec Group has appointed a new Associate Director within its private equity team.

Joel Kavyu will oversee the delivery of fund accounting, financial reporting, investor services and a range of other administration activities to a significant private equity client.

He was most recently at Autonomy Capital, a global alternatives asset manager, where he was Group Financial Controller.

Commenting on his appointment, Simon King, director and private equity specialist at the Aztec Group, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Joel to the Group as we continue to strengthen our private equity team in Jersey... He has considerable industry expertise and experience and represents an excellent addition to our award-winning team."

Mr Kavyu added that he was "excited" about his new role.
