LV Care Group appoints Clinical Director

LV Care Group has promoted one of its staff to the newly create role of Clinical Director.

Tracey Gentry opened Le Petit Bosquet care home in 2019 and is the current manager for St. Joseph’s care home in Jersey.

As Clinical Director, she will be responsible for devising strategies and plans for all LV care homes in Jersey and the Isle of Man in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer, whilst also working with the registered Home Care Managers of the Group to ensure compliancy with the Jersey Care Commission standards.

Nick Bettany, CEO and Co-founder of LV Care Group, said: “Tracey brings an immense amount of experience as a home manager within the care industry across the UK. Her knowledge is pivotal in the support she will give the Group Home Managers and Group Directors in devising strategies to assist with our ambitious growth plans and maintaining superior levels of care.

"With the care sector being challenged like never before during the covid-19 pandemic, our focus at LV is on continuing to drive quality of care and clinical excellence, developing integrated, innovative solutions responding to the local needs of the care sector. Tracey will play a major role in influencing these developments.”
