Elian's Performance & Reward Management team has appointed Laura Butler as share awards manager.
Mrs Butler will manage a team of share plan professionals as well as a select portfolio of clients, ensuring the implementation of new and existing clients onto the share plan.
Mrs Butler has an extensive background in share plan management with more than 16 years’ experience in the industry, ensuring the smooth and efficient transitions of three separate mergers within her previous role.
"Elian has an excellent reputation within the market and is known for having a quality client base and intelligent corporate culture. My ambitions are to contribute to the growth of the share plan administration business that Elian currently offers, assisting in bringing about efficiencies and increasing revenue," said Mrs Butler.
Mrs Butler joins Elian following six years as an implementation manager and business improvement manager at Computershare. Previously, she worked at Mourant. During her time there, there were three mergers in which Laura was responsible for the integration of the new employees into the business, their methods and work systems.
Tania Bearryman, Elian group director, said: "We are delighted to welcome Laura to the Elian group. Her extensive experience in on boarding complex share plans and dealing with high volumes of share plan data for such a widespread range of clients will be a huge asset to the share awards team."
