Purpose of the role:
Ideally you will be qualified, with some experience of delivering CDD in this industry and work collaboratively with the compliance team and the relevant Trust Administrators.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of Compliance Administrator/s in relation to CDD
Ad-hoc support as directed by the Head of Compliance
Receive and approve all CDD in accordance with the local controls and be main contact for CDD queries across the business
Responsibility for the more complex and in-depth CDD reviews
Provide support to the Compliance function as directed by the Head of Compliance
Undertake specific projects when required
Skills required:
An awareness of the regulatory environment and guidance issued by Jersey Financial Services Commission as it applies to offshore fiduciary business
An awareness of trust and company structures and CDD requirements
An awareness of the Jersey anti-money laundering legislation and regulations
Experience with CDD and AML/CFT related issues
