AP Executive have been solely retained by our client, an exclusive privately owned bank in London with a deep commitment to its growing Trust business. We are looking to recruit an experienced trust and estate practitioner with a minimum of 10 years onshore trust experience.You will work alongside the relationship managers of the bank assisting their clients needs relating to wealth succession, tax planning and philanthropy and looking for new business development opportunities.There is a significant leadership element to the role, dealing with staff mentoring and general supervision, as well as maintaining an excellent rapport with new and existing clients. You will have excellent technical knowledge of HMRC legislation and regulations governing UK onshore trusts in order to provide expert advice to clients.The trust department is a core long term strategic division of the bank and is growing and thriving; this position therefore offers excellent scope for growth and progression.This interesting role ideally requires a professionally qualified UK tax lawyer or accountant who is a qualified STEP member.
