Man arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting young adult male

A 27-year-old man, who allegedly sexually assaulted a young adult male before fleeing the property they were in while barefoot and topless, has been arrested.

The individual, who Police have not yet named, was taken into custody late last night on suspicion of breaking into a property, and sexual touching without consent.

It followed an appeal to islanders to get in touch if they had witnessed the man fleeing from a property in Maufant, St. Martin.
