Police are looking for a man alleged to have punched another near the Waterfront area during the morning rush.
The assault was said to have taken place on the overpass roundabout on La Route du Port Elizabeth at 08:45 this morning.
Police believe other people were in the area at the time and are asking them to come forward if they witnessed the incident.
Those with information can call Police on 612612 or make an anonymous report via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
