What does a Team GB archer, and strength and conditioning coach, do when she's feeling highly strung?
Some may remember her as 'Miss Battle of Flowers' 2009, but these days Lucy O’Sullivan is a PT at Bodyrox gym, and runs 'Strength by Lucy'.
She reflected on horror films, noughties rock, and the meditative qualities of using a bow and arrow, as shared her favourite ways to unwind with Bailiwick Wellbeing...
...coffee, and Prosecco at weekends.
Who doesn’t love the fresh brew taste of a coffee during the working week? It's a little taste of heaven to get you through the day.
At weekends, I try and stick to gin and slim, but sometimes it is just nice to unwind with a lovely bubbly Prosecco.
...steak and salad, or a pizza.
My dad was a chef and a butcher and introduced me to steaks. Nothing quite lives up to a good old steak served rare, and a side salad.
...Although a pizza in the bay of St. Brelade comes in a close second.
You're Dead To Me, @greg_jenner's history-based comedy podcast, is exceptional.

But don't take our word for it...https://t.co/tzI57YPtto
...classics from my teenage years bringing back nostalgia with some noughties rock.
However, being a secret geek for history (well, not anymore now, I suppose!), I love the podcast 'You’re dead to me', which combines comedy and learning about historical people. It’s worth checking out.
...I love a good old romantic novel, set in Georgian times.
All the books by Mary Balogh are great, they take you away from any life drama and are such easy reads.
I tend to read them during archery competitions to distract me.
...archery and gymming.
Archery helps with my mental health. It’s very cathartic doing the same thing over and over again much like meditation.
Where as working out in the gym, lifting weights I know will help me for later on in life, with joints, muscles and general life strength.
...my mum's house.
There's nothing quite a hug from your mum, is there?
...a horror film and Family Guy.
As much as I love a chick flick, there is nothing quite like feeling freaked out for a few hours to get the adrenaline going and concluding that it all works out in the end.
But sometimes for the really scary films, it has to be followed up with an episode of Family Guy!
