2025 Student Exhibition
Guernsey Arts are delighted to present the annual Student Exhibition.
Running from Saturday the 6th of September through until Sunday 5th of October, the student exhibition is a culmination of unique and varied artworks produced by the island’s next generation of creatives.
Every year we are amazed by the quality and diversity of art produced by our young local artists. The featured artworks were created by students from Elizabeth College, The Ladies’ College, Grammar School & Sixth Form Centre, The Guernsey Institute and Blanchelande College.
The exhibition celebrates the excellence achieved by Guernsey students. We would like to thank all the teaching staff, for the excellent support we receive in helping to produce the exhibition. The island can be proud of the creativity, technical ability and individualism from our local schools and colleges. We wish the students all the best in their future chosen paths.
The showcase is taking place in the George Crossan Gallery within the Inner Market. Free entry.

THE JIVE ACES: THE UKS NO1 SWING AND JIVE BAND
This Saturday the 20th of September, it’s all about high-energy music and dance at St James!
Renowned worldwide for their spectacular showmanship, their viral video ‘Bring Me Sunshine’ and for being the first live band to reach the final rounds of ‘Britain’s Got Talent’… The Jive Aces have firmly established themselves as the UK’s No.1 Jive & Swing band.
The Jive Aces wowed the judges on Britain’s Got Talent with their show-stopping version of ‘I Wanna Be Like You’, which famously cheered up a grumpy Simon Cowell. Their BGT appearances have been seen by over 20 million.
Their most popular music video, ‘Bring Me Sunshine’, is a viral hit with well over 3 million views on Youtube and has won seven film festival awards. It is so uplifting that it has actually been prescribed by a doctor!
They’ve made hundreds of media appearances, including a residency on BBC Radio London and TV shows such as ‘The Alan Titchmarsh Show’, ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, ‘Children in Need’ and ‘Good Day Los Angeles’.
The Jive Aces will be taking to the stage from 8pm… This is certainly not a performance to be missed.
Pick up your tickets before they’re all gone!
