It comes from CB Catering Ltd who want it to operate from April to September next year, on a one-year temporary basis.
The silver airstream trailer would be placed next to the bicycle racks and is similar in style to the trailer positioned outside the Weighbridge Clocktower.
It plans to offer both hot and cold food, ice cream, and drinks.
