The charity has been using a container at Grow for the last few years, but that will not be available from the end of June.

Equipment includes a marquee and other items used at the annual Donkey Derby and Winter Wonderland fundraisers. 

“We have been looking for suitable sites but as yet have been unable to find a suitable location,” said Lions Club of Guernsey President Paul Allaway. 

“We currently use a 40-foot container to store our equipment but would consider any space – have you got an unused packing shed, container or other secured storage possibilities?”

The Donkey Derby will take place on 19 August. The winter wonderland is expected to be back shortly before Christmas.
