Guernsey Police said: “The Grange is currently one way to allow for a safe working environment for those road workers.
“In addition to making the road one way, a number of cones have been used to cordon off a safe working zone and to allow safe passage for pedestrians.”
The person was seen driving the wrong way on Friday 19 January at 15:30.
