Every weekend, Express presents a selection of exhibitions, performances, workshops and more to help islanders get their weekly dose of culture.
Here’s this week’s offering…
La Ronde Concert Band

La Ronde Concert Band will bring a selection of popular film music to Howard Davis Park this Sunday as part of a free family concert.
The performance will take place from 2pm to 3pm on 21 June and will feature music from a range of well-known films and musicals, including Moana, Frozen, and more.
Entry to the concert is free, although a retiring collection will be held.
Organisers of the show say it is tailored to all ages – and visitors are encouraged to enjoy an afternoon in the park with a picnic.
La Ronde Concert Band is a registered charity, and raises funds to help cover the cost of new music, uniforms and instruments, while also supporting local charities through its performances.
