There, they will be able to enjoy food, drink, live music, and stalls, with the big finale and lights switched on at 20:00.
βThe Christmas Lights Switch OnΒ marks the official start of the festive period in the Town Centre. We are delighted that theΒ event is back after a hiatus due to covid and adverse weather,” said Town Centre Events Manager Connor Burgher.
Adding to the festive spirit, an ice rink will also be set up at the Weighbridge from 17 NovemberΒ and a series of Genuine Jersey Christmas Markets will be held over three weekends in the Royal Square between 23 November and 10 December.

The Grand Hotel has also announced that it will be hosting its first-ever Christmas market in the Grand Suite on December 6. Shoppers can browse handmade crafts and Christmas gifts, including candles, diffusers, pottery, jewellery, and ceramics.Β
There will also be festive food and mulled wine made by the hotelβs chef NicΒ Valmagna, with funds going towards Grand Jerseyβs charity of choice, Brighter Futures.
