Emergency services rescued an elderly woman after she fell near Green Island yesterday.
The Jersey Fire and Rescue Service was called to the area at low tide following the early evening accident, and a crew of eight worked to bring her safely to shore.
Video: Jersey Fire and Rescue Service attended and brought the woman to shore.
She was stretchered off the beach and taken to hospital by ambulance.
It’s understood that the woman did not suffer serious injuries.
