A festive tractor event is due to be held next month in aid of a local palliative care charity.
Tractors adorned with Christmas lights will set off on a parade around the island on Sunday 14 December for the inaugural Christmas Tractor Run for Jersey Hospice Care.

The vehicles, which will be driven by Christmas characters, will set off from from Albert Bartlett in Trinity.
Islanders can view the tractors from 3pm, with refreshments served on-site before the vehicles set off at 4.30pm.
Jersey Hospice Care is encouraging as many entrants as possible to take part in the event, with prizes available for the ‘Best Lit-Up Tractor’ and the ‘Best Dressed Driver’.
Entry forms are available to collect from event sponsors Tractor Services and Ernie’s.
Participation costs £40 per tractor and driver, with £10 charged per additional passenger.
