Nuno Miguel Vieira Goncalves is accused of having indecently assaulted a 36-year-old woman last year on New Year’s Day.
Mr Goncalves appeared in Magistrate’s Court yesterday with his Advocate Luke Sette. He was formally committed to Royal Court by Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris.
Mr Goncalves has been put under conditional bail until his next Court appearance. As part of his bail conditions, he has been ordered not to contact the alleged victim.
