The cocktail…
Bar Manager Chris Henry has shared a luxurious seasonal drink built around The Atlantic Hotel’s own Sloe Rum, crafted with hand-picked sloe berries from the hotel’s gardens, which promises comfort, warmth, and decadence for the upcoming chilly January days.
The St Brelade-based hotel said: “At its core is our signature Sloe Rum, crafted here at The Atlantic Hotel with hand-selected sloe berries from our own headland gardens. These berries are carefully infused for months, yielding a rich, velvety depth of flavour that defines this bespoke spirit.
“The result is a perfect balance of tart and sweet, harmoniously paired with seasonal ingredients to create a cocktail that feels both timeless and refreshingly modern.
“Whether savoured at an intimate gathering at home or enjoyed at The Atlantic Hotel, Let it Sloe offers a sip of holiday magic, embodying the craftsmanship and spirit of Christmas.”
Chris is from the island of Antigua and has a deep appreciation for the art of crafting cocktails.
He said: “I love blending unique flavours and crafting memorable experiences that reflect the warmth and vibrancy of island life.”
