The Warm Up is back as another busy weekend of Jersey sport approaches, with both the Jersey Bulls and Jersey RFC preparing for a triple-header.

The men travel to Bedfont Sports tonight for a 7.45pm kick-off in the Isthmian South Central Division, while the Bulls Women continue their search for a first three points of the campaign when they host Fleet Town Development Women at Calthorpe Park on Sunday.

The Jersey Bulls Under-23s will also be in action, hosting Binfield Under-23s at Springfield at 1pm on Sunday in the first round of the Mike Bidmead Cup.

There is plenty more football to look forward to, with local fixtures across the island, while both the senior and junior hockey seasons continue.

Jersey RFC are also looking for their first win of the season when they travel to Henley, while Jersey RFC Women begin their campaign at Coinshares Park against Lordswood Valkyries.

The Royals get their Sussex 3 campaign underway against Haywards Heath 2nds, following relegation last season.

The Evelyn Partners Jets are also back on the road, travelling to Telstars for a 12.45pm tip-off on Sunday. Telstars have lost both of their opening games by narrow margins, while the Jets will be looking to bounce back after a hard-fought defeat last weekend.

And there is a big weekend ahead at Island Padel, with Jersey welcoming Guernsey for the sixth Padel Inter-Insular.

Guernsey currently lead the series 3-2, with Ladies’ and Men’s Open and Veterans’ categories all competing for Channel Island honours across Saturday and Sunday.

Archie and Elliot run through all of that and more in this week’s Warm Up.
