The second episode of The Warm Up podcast is out at now, with sports reporters Archie Corbett and Elliot Corbel once again taking the mic to tee up another packed weekend of local sport.

A quick-fire preview and round-up of everything happening each week, packed with shoutouts for individual achievements and, hopefully, a few laughs along the way.
This week’s episode dives headfirst into a huge few days on and off the Island. On the football front, the Jersey Bulls take centre stage with a double header at Springfield Stadium.
The men face second-placed AFC Croydon Athletic in a 12.45pm kick-off tomorrow, while the Bulls Women return to Springfield on Sunday for the first time in two months as they look to keep their flawless league record intact.
Local football is back in full flow too, with Premiership 1 East and West derbies lighting up the weekend. Grouville host St Clement, while St Brelade welcome St Peter. There’s also JFA Cup quarter-final action as Jersey Wanderers take on St Paul’s.
The Premiership 2 title race continues with St Lawrence facing Rozel Rovers First, and the Sylvia Spinola Memorial Cup sees St Peter Women go head-to-head with Sports Club of Jersey Women.
The Evelyn Partners Jets are on the road this weekend, giving the podcast duo their first real opportunity to dive into a team that’s quickly building a case to be called the Island’s best.
With performances turning heads across the league, Elliot and Archie break down why the Jets deserve the spotlight, as they head to Hatfield Hawks knowing just how important the fixture could be in the bigger picture.
Rugby also gets its moment, with Jersey’s Women away at Horsham and a Men’s 2nd XV friendly at CoinShares Park – complete with happy hour beers and Six Nations action in the club on Saturday evening.
Hockey fans aren’t forgotten either, as the Division 2 title race reaches its climax and the Super League continues to showcase the Island’s top talent. And, of course, there’s a healthy dose of cricket chat as Elliot runs through tonight’s list of nominees for the annual Jersey Cricket Awards.
To round things off, Elliot and Archie renew their head-to-head Fixture Forecast battle, predicting both Bulls results as the season-long forfeit looms ever closer.
