Guernsey’s Golf19 has been awarded the ‘Top Event Award’ at the 2025 EMEA Toptracer Range Awards.

The ceremony took place earlier this month at the Centro Nacional de Golf in Madrid, where the facility was honoured for its ‘Steak & Sushi Night’.

The ‘Top Event Award’ is designed to recognise golf venues across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa that create innovative and memorable guest experiences.

By claiming the prize, Golf19 has now joined previous winners such as The Belfry and Dunes Golf Centre.

Golf 19’s award winning event combined a Toptracer-powered competition on the virtual Japanese course of Naruo with on-site sushi preparation by local restaurant Fukku, and was then followed by a steak dinner at Nineteen Bar & Grill.

The event also raised funds for ‘The Long Game Initiative’, a programme which supports young golfers in Guernsey by funding travel to the UK mainland for competitions and development opportunities.

Andy Myers, Director of Golf and Head PGA Professional at Golf19, said the award reflects his team’s effort.

“We’re absolutely delighted to receive this award. The Steak & Sushi Night was all about creating something different, bringing people and businesses together through golf, food and a bit of fun competition.

“To be recognised on a European stage, alongside some big names in golf, is a huge achievement for our team. What makes it even more special is that the event also helped support The Long Game Initiative, giving young golfers in Guernsey more opportunities to develop their game. That’s something we’re incredibly passionate about.”
