From oncology admin to people operations, three colleagues from the Medical Specialists Group have notched up a decade of service, and were treated to flowers, wine and warm thanks to celebrate the milestone.
Oncology PA Paula Dodd, Nurse Secretarial Assistant and Chaperone Jacquelyn Erskine and People and Organisation Business Partner Nathan Collenette each said they felt the last 10 years had been rewarding.
“When I joined MSG in 2015 I had no idea the journey would take me this far,” Paula reflected.
“During these 10 years I’ve learnt so much and met so many wonderful people along the way. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by such an amazing team of colleagues.”
And she shows no sign of stopping – “here’s to the next decade,” she added.
For Jacquelyn, “the last 10 years have just flown!”
“I’ve learnt so much whilst working here with the nurses,” she continued. “The MSG as a whole have been very supportive both within the role and with outside interests, such as funding for community projects. I’m very gratefu.”
Nathan said he felt he had “grown both professionally and personally, thanks to the colleagues I’ve had the pleasure of working with along the way”.
“I’ve valued every challenge and opportunity, and I’m looking forward to what the next 10 years will bring,” he commented.
Chief Executive Dr Farid Fouladinejad said he was “thrilled” to celebrate the milestone anniversary for the trio.
“This milestone is a true reflection of their hard work, loyalty and the care they show every day, and their dedication over the past decade has helped shape who we are as an organisation,” the CEO said.
“A huge congratulations and heartfelt thank you to each of them. Here is to the next 10 years to come, may every day be like your first.”
