Scott Sebire has been appointed Director in Mourant’s Governance Services business in Guernsey.
He joins the firm with extensive experience across the international funds industry, most recently serving as Finance Director for a leading global investment manager.

Mr Sebire has more than 15 years’ experience across the international funds and financial services industry, with a proven track record leading finance, fund operations, governance and strategic initiatives for complex cross-border structures.
His international expertise covers fund and corporate structures across Guernsey, the Cayman Islands, BVI, Luxembourg, Canada, France, the Middle East and Asia.
Stephanie Webb, Global Head of Fund Services at Mourant Governance Services, said Mr Sebire would play a key role in the continued expansion of Mourant Governance Services.
She said he would lead the fund services business in Guernsey, drawing on his industry experience to support clients throughout the fund lifecycle, enhance operational and governance solutions, and contribute to the growth of the firm’s international funds platform.
