Our award-winning global client is seeking to recruit a Senior Engineer in the IT Technical Support Team.  This client has created an environment where all staff can meet their full potential and grow with the organisation.

The client is constantly evolving there technical offering to keep the business at the forefront of technical excellence.   You will use industry best practice and your experience and skills to solve complex technical issues.  You will be collaborating with other areas of the business in driving projects and initiatives forward.  

The successful candidate will also create, maintain and publish relevant support documentation in order to assist all staff in the quick resolution of their incidents/service requests

Ideally, you will have experience of Infrastructure including Private and Public Azure Cloud, Advanced knowledge of Network, IaaS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, windows platforms, Office 365, VDI/Citrix and Terminal services.
