Our client, a global banking organisation is recruiting for a flexible Senior HR Officer to join their HR Team in Guernsey. The HR department is a generalist environment and they are responsible for ensuring that the business is compliant with legal and regulatory HR requirements in the Channel Islands.The role holder will support business objectives by producing accurate administration of benefits and payroll and updating maintenance of HR records and management information. They will provide advice and support on all HR matters to staff and business managers in the Channel Islands. The successful candidate will ideally have 5 years HR generalist, administration and payroll experience under their belt. They will be educated to A Level standard and the CIPD qualification is desirable.
