AP Technical client, a managed IT service provider is seeking to recruit support engineers to work with their clients in Jersey. For this role we are looking for support desk engineers to provide full-time, onsite support to users.Responsibilities will include providing first line support, escalating incidents to third level support, managing Blackberry and TCP-IP troubleshooting.Suitable applicants will have 2 years experience in IT support and hold industry relevant qualifications like MCP, ITIL foundation or MCSA. Candidates will have a good knowledge of Bloomberg / Reuters, Windows 7/10, HP and Dell systems, active directory and VPN technologies.
