AP Executivehttps://www.ap-executive.com/One of the worlds leading private client law firms is seeking a tax and wealth planning lawyer to join its Geneva office. The role entails giving international clients tax and estate planning advice, including the use of trusts, foundations and other structures, managing clients affairs effectively and profitably through delivery of own case load, working with other legal staff and principals across departments of the firm, and developing the Geneva offices business in this area through networking, marketing, speaking engagements and other business development activities. The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer who has specialised in wealth planning, and trusts and has at least 5 years PQE. STEP or ICSA qualifications will be favourably viewed. Excellent drafting skills are required. They are looking for a candidate who is driven and motivated to expand this practice area, but who can work collegiately as well. Having an existing network will be a big advantage. Fluency in French would be a plus but not absolutely necessary.
