The GSPCA is looking for more people to help with its upcoming Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday.
Taking place this coming Sunday 3 May, the charity said it is looking for individuals to wear animal mascot costumes to entertain the public and encourage donations.
The mascots are a “central part” of the event, said Steve Byrne, the manager of the GSPCA.
“Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday is always a fantastic event and a great opportunity to engage with the community.
“Our animal mascots really help draw people in, especially families and children, and every donation collected helps us continue our work caring for animals in need.
“If you can spare a few hours and don’t mind having some fun while supporting a good cause, we would love to hear from you.”
Those who wish to participate can contact Steve Byrne via email at steve@gspca.org.gg or visit the Crown Pier on the day of the event to speak with the organisers.
