The Bailiwick’s dining boom continues to create a buzz as two more local eateries have been added to the world famous Michelin Guide.

Both Hook and Le Nautique have found themselves a place, joining Fukku, Alba, and Vraic as recent additions from the Bailiwick

“Hugely Proud”

Gunter Botzenhardt, the owner of Le Nautique says they are “hugely proud” to have achieved being included in the Michelin Guide.

“All down to the hard work of the Le Nautique team both in the kitchen and in service.

“I am especially pleased that the inspector appreciated our use of high quality products presented as clean classical dishes, showing off prime produce with minimal adornment.”

The Hook team also took pleasure in announcing its inclusion in the Guide.

“We are really excited to announce that we have been included as a new restaurant in the 2026 Michelin Guide, Great Britain & Ireland.

“So proud of our team & we can’t wait to see what this year holds for us!”

The addition of Hook and La Nautique to the Michelin Guide is the latest in a series of success stories in Guernsey’s food industry.

Earlier this year Alba received a Bib Gourmand, and Vraic claimed the first Michelin Star locally since ‘Christophe’ closed its doors at the Fermain Valley Hotel in 2009.
