A 62-year-old man accused of three sexual offences will face a trial next year.
Martin Fredrick Franks appeared in the Royal Court on Friday morning to face charges of indecent assault, sodomy and attempted sodomy.
He pleaded not guilty to all counts.
A trial date was set for 15 February next year. He will next appear in court on 2 September.
The Bailiff, Robert MacRae, was presiding.
