AP Personnel are currently working on an excellent HR administrator role for a commercial company in Jersey.The role will support the HR Head in providing support, guidance, coaching and advice on all HR and training issues covering Jersey staff.Specifically the HR administrator will take responsibility for the recruitment of both temporary and permanent employees, the processing of the monthly payroll, the administration surrounding new starters and the monitoring of sickness and holiday leave. Other administrative HR duties will also make up this position.Candidates for this role will have a minimum of one years experience in HR, ideally in a recruitment, fiduciary or similar working environment. Payroll experience is also desirable along with strong academic grades.
