Our client, a leading insurance and brokerage firm are looking to enhance its team by recruiting further personal insurance brokers for its office in Jersey. The main job requirements are to ensure all clients are provided with a complete efficient and professional service. Ensuring individual quality and quantity targets are met to help achieve profitability. Full systems and procedures training will be provided, however all candidates will be expected to have at least one years insurance or customers sales experience gained in the Channel Islands or the UK.To apply you must be very well organised, IT literate, have good numeracy skills and a fair understanding of relevant FSA regulatory requirements. The Chartered Insurance Institute qualification or studying towards CII Cert or similar is desirable.
