Is any wonder that the Island is being run by ex UK civil servants and NHS executives when recruitment is in the hands of aUK agency. Why don’t the States employ a local agency and follow the practice they used to impose on private firms to exhaust recruitment of local candidates before being able to import UK candidates?

It seems as though our JERSEY government has been taken over by UK civil servants, who have more power than our "masters". Times need to change.

Do we really neeed one, this isn't a commercial business with board meembers, this is the government supposedly elected (hmmmm) by the people. We don't want one!!!!!
