Guernsey FC will play Old Varndeanians this evening in the third game of their 2025/26 league campaign.
The game kicks off at 20:00 at Peacehaven FC, Centenary Park.
The Green Lions are looking to continue their 100% winning start to the season and secure their third consecutive victory, a feat they haven’t achieved since early 2020, prior to the covid pandemic.
A win would also be their 100th away victory.

Guernsey currently sits second in the Southern Combination Football League Premier Division, which is on the fifth step of the English league pyramid.
They have a perfect record with two wins from two games, trailing only Haywards Heath Town on goal difference, (Guernsey have scored five and conceded one, whilst Hawywards Heath have bagged 8 and conceded one).
Old Varndeanians, meanwhile, have had a slower start to their season, with a 2 – 3 loss at home to Bexhill United last time out, and a 2 – 2 draw with Lingfield in their season opener.
Guernsey FC have provided an update for potential returning squad members, with Fin du Port is expected to make his return to the side, whilst Niall Hainsworth could make his first appearance of the season.
Meanwhile Callum Le Lacheur, Simon Arnold, and Zach Gilman are all unavailable for the trip.

Guernsey’s following match will be their FA Vase tie against Bexhill United on Saturday, 23 August, which will be played at The Pilot Field in Hastings. The kick-off is at 14:00.
Meanwhile the home game against Crawley Down Gatwick (scheduled for Bank Holiday Monday), and the away game against Steyning Town (scheduled for Saturday, 6 September), have both been postponed.
GFC says new dates for the fixtures will be announced once they’ve been rescheduled.
