A special one-night-only collaboration between two popular Guernsey eateries has sold out just a couple of days after being announced, and a month ahead of it taking place.
Alba, which recently received a Bib Gourmand, will be working side-by-side with 2 Frenchies to create a six course wine pairing dinner.
Taking place on 14 April, the collaboration was quick to sell out.
It was only announced on Tuesday morning (10 March) and was fully booked just two days later.
A spokesperson for Alba said: “We have a great long standing relationship with those guys spanning nearly 20 years. Billy has been wanting to cook with Mike for a long time and it will be great to see Mike behind the stove again.”
The spokesperson said they’re “looking forward to a night of great food, wine and company”.
