The cocktail…
Created by Sarah Burns, the ‘Winter Aperol Spritz’ offers a refreshing and festive take on the classic cocktail.
Sarah, who has raised £169,285.29 for local charities since opening the Havre des Pas-based bar in 2012, described the drink as “festive, light, and refreshing”.
She added: “While not exactly the original classic, this cocktail is perfect for your holiday festivities.”
The simple recipe combines prosecco, Aperol, and cranberry juice, topped with soda water and finished with seasonal garnishes.
