Apple’s latest devices, the new iPhone SE and iPad Pro, are more powerful, cheaper and smaller than ever and are just hitting the shops in the UK.

Here, we bring you the low-down on seven of the new features you need to know about.

1. The iPhone SE had the same design as the 5s.

2. And the same 12 megapixel camera as the 6s.

3. It’s the first iPhone outside the 6 range that comes with built-in Apple Pay.

4. Night Shift uses the phone’s clock and geolocation to lower the amount of blue light in the screen at night to aid better sleep.

5. The new iPad Pro has the same 12 megapixel camera as the 6s.

6. The smaller 9.7-inch size is closer to that of the iPad Air 2 and weighs just a gram more.

7. The new True Tone display automatically adjusts the colours in the screen depending on the light conditions.
